For over 43 years, Howard K. Brownstein has worked diligently as a Criminal Defense Attorney, servicing the Bronx and the greater New York area. Mr. Brownstein has a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and is a member, in good standing, with the Bronx County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has handled several thousand criminal cases. In addition, he has handled numerous cases involving civil rights violations, police brutality, false arrests and malicious prosecutions. His practice also includes personal injury, family law and most other matters. Since 1975, Mr. Brownstein’s firm has been recognized for its personal attention, devotion and excellent results. He can be reached at all hours, day or night, by phone or in-person during office hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm), or by appointment.
